Arrive at the studio at 11am for meet and greet in Reception. Meet me in the studio for a 45 minute Pilates flow, starting with some gentle stretches then a mix of strengthening exercises for core, arms and legs. We will finish with gentle stretching and a 2o min full body relaxation session then a healthy vegan brunch.
