Our Skin Food Programme is designed for clients looking to achieve healthy skin that look and feel vital and supple. Over the years, we have helped many people struggling with Acne, hyperpigmentation, Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea and dryness.
At 7Temples we take a holistic approach when working with clients, therefore at every stage of your programme, there is a specialist practitioner at the ready to support with any specific issues relating to your skin. We do not just look nutrition and aesthetics alone, but you as a whole, from your hormones, stress levels to any potential toxins in your home or workplace.

Exclusivity at 7Temples means the entire Boutique across 7 therapy rooms, a seperate lounge and bar, belongs entirely to your group for the duration of your booking.
Our inhouse event planner manages celebrations, coordinating welcome drinks, spa treatments, bar service for up to 12 guests. Exclusive use works for Birthday celebrations, Hen Parties, Corporate events and private retreats.
For clients who want exclusive use with full-service hospitality included, our in-house health café simplifies logistics by handling all catering internally, giving your guests a complete wellness experience.
