Since 2022, we have inspired our Brighton and Hove community and beyond, to make meaningful change to their health, fitness and recovery. Our Nutritionist and Personal trainer led Boutique was established to deliver expertise-driven wellness experiences, and a calm environment to optimize each client’s well-being.

A licensed team of therapists and coaches implements personalized treatment plans ranging from supervised detox, Nutrition and fitness coaching, to therapeutic bodywork that facilitate measurable, long-term results.

Our Wellness boutique was founded on holistic and nature based practices. All ingredients used in our café are oil-free and refined sugar-free. Most of our ingredients and products are sourced locally or crafted by local makers.

At 7Temples, we believe that a healthy environment is a healthy community, since 2022, we have worked with Surfers Against Sewage, dedicating 10% of income from beach events in donation to support the people doing amazing work to safeguard our water.
